How cancellations and refunds work.
Foam Palooza Tampa - operating as Action Kids Party Rental LLC, doing business as Big Idea Entertainment Tampa - has run 200+ events across the Tampa Bay area since opening in 2025. Our policy is built to be fair both ways: it protects crew time committed to your date while giving you real flexibility for the things you cannot control. A $100 deposit secures your date and time when you book. The balance is due two days before your event. - ✓ Your $100 deposit is non-refundable. It secures your date and time the moment you book.
- ✓ Rescheduling: your deposit transfers to a new date within twelve months of the original booking, subject to availability.
- ✓ Cancelling inside 7 days: the deposit is forfeited, and we will offer you one free reschedule rather than a refund.
- ✓ Weather, at any point: exempt from the 7-day rule. Light rain does not stop a foam party - everyone is already wet - but lightning, heavy rain and strong winds are hard stops, and your deposit moves with you to the new date.
- ✓ If we cancel: you receive your deposit back plus a 20% credit toward a future booking.
- ✓ Schools and districts on a purchase order: no deposit is taken, so there is nothing to forfeit. Cancel or reschedule by contacting our office.
