Privacy Policy
Effective July 23, 2026
Foam Palooza is a family of foam party operators serving Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Fort Myers. This site is operated by Big Idea Entertainment LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use foampalooza.com, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
If you have questions about anything here, email digital@bigideaentertainment.com.
Information you give us
When you request a quote or submit a booking inquiry, we collect the information you enter on the form. That includes your name, email address, phone number, the market you are booking in, your event date and start time, event type, estimated guest count, the venue address, and any notes you add.
Corporate and large-event inquiries also collect your company name, expected attendance, and budget range if you provide one.
We ask for this information so we can quote your event accurately and get in touch. We do not sell it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect some information automatically when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or advertisement that referred you.
We use cookies and similar technologies for this. The main ones are:
- Attribution cookie (
_fp_attr) — records which advertisement, campaign, or search brought you to the site the first time you arrived. Stored for 90 days. - Google Analytics cookies (
_gaand related) — measure how the site is used so we can improve it. - Meta cookies (
_fbp,_fbc) — measure whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising is working.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them will not stop you from using the site or submitting an inquiry.
Advertising and measurement
We advertise on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. To understand which advertisements actually lead to bookings, we share information about form submissions with those platforms.
Some of that information is shared in hashed form. Hashing converts a value such as an email address into a fixed string of characters that cannot be read or reversed back into the original. It lets an advertising platform confirm a match against someone it already knows about, without us handing over readable personal details. The values we may share this way include your email address, phone number, name, city, and postal code.
We do not share the contents of your inquiry — your event details, venue address, notes, or budget — with advertising platforms.
Who we share information with
We share information with service providers who help us run the business. Each one receives only what it needs:
- Our local operators. Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Fort Myers are run by independent licensed operators. If you submit an inquiry for one of those markets, your inquiry goes to that operator so they can quote and run your event.
- Booking and customer records — PartyProManager, Pipedrive, and Airtable, which hold event and contact details so we can schedule and follow up.
- Email — Google Workspace for inquiry notifications, and Mailchimp if you opt in to marketing email.
- Automation — Make.com, which moves inquiry data between the systems above.
- Analytics and advertising — Google and Meta, as described in the section above.
- Hosting and content — Vercel and Sanity, which serve this website.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our staff, customers, or guests at an event.
Children’s privacy
Our events are built for kids, but this website is not. It is directed at the adults who book us — parents, schools, daycares, churches, and community organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we do not market to children.
If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop using your information for targeted advertising
- Unsubscribe from marketing email — every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link
Email digital@bigideaentertainment.com and we will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and insurance obligations. Analytics and advertising data expires on the schedules set by Google and Meta, typically within 14 months.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access to our booking and customer systems is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Georgia law.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted here.
